  • A complete and comprehensive exercise video library, with cues (directions) provided on how to perform each movement.
  • Structured warm-ups and cooldowns to ensure that you’re feeling prepared for the workout ahead of you and to kickstart your recovery following your training session.
  • Feedback and regulation of loads throughout your training blocks.
  • % Based intensity prescription for primary exercises and auto regulation for structural exercises.
